What do turtles eat? Well, it depends really the type of turtle you ask. Most turtles are carnivorous when they are young, but grow to omnivores when they mature. Some feed mostly on plants, while others, such as breaking turtle, actively hunt small creatures for food. A scheme turtle depends on what type of turtle, where you live and what you have access.
If you have an adult turtle as a pet, here are some food you can give him to eat to stay healthy:
Protein: There are many sources of protein that are safe to feed turtles: small amounts of cooked fish, turkey or chicken is good, boiled eggs are good, mealworms, waxworms, earthworms and silkworms are acceptable; slugs are fine, as are shrimp, snails and crickets. Box Turtle lacks a few minutes?
I found a box turtle in my yard, I put in my tomato garden where the soil was wet and sweet, served for 3 minutes to get something and came out and disappeared! My tomato garden is locked wooden blocks of time, and I looked around, but not the turtles! What happened? Oh I also read that you can dig into the soft ground. if so, how can I achieve?
