How do I delete a lot of nutritional value of tomatoes by removing the seeds?
I'm going to a bunch of fruit for detoxification I just wonder about the tomato seeds. I like my tomatoes salt, but this bunch of fruit, I will not. I like regular tomatoes if you remove the seeds. Should I eat, although tomatoes can not have seeds? Thank you!
The nutritional value is in the pulp and especially just below the skin. They are low in calories, low in sodium, rich in vitamins A and C, rich in antioxidants, potassium and phosphorus. However, remove skin and seeds or decreases its source of fiber.
