How do I get the best return on tomato plants?

I live in Las Vegas and I am more and more tomato plants in containers. I need to know what I feed them for much more than fresh tomatoes. Besides, how often should I water? The temperature is high and 70 low 80 and only be heated. I BEEM watering every two days but Wilty plants have leaves that are soft to the touch, not dry and brittle. Is this a sign of overwatering or a plant disease?

From my experience, tomatoes (and peppers) struggling to produce flowers when temperatures in the 90s and above, very common in my border region of Texas. Variety EarlyGirl works for me because I can get him out in late January in containers and will take place in 50-60 days, usually before the stress of excessive heat. Furthermore, another variety of plants (Homestead) to tolerate the heat a little better, but it takes longer to produce. In my yard, I planted where they get a good dose of morning and midday sun, but when the sun is in the shade of trees in the afternoon midterm. Plant tomatoes deep, remove the first two brochures and high dirt pile around them. Make sure you get a nutritional supplement to tomatoes as indicated in the table, expecially in poor soils (heavy clay we have for most products remain in containers). Daily watering is a necessity in a hot and dry. (Incidentally, If you encounter a broken piece, it will root again in water). His hanging plants can be caused by a small parasite, by spraying with mild solution of dishwashing detergent and water (you can add a little chili powder to mix too), be sure to get the underside leaves, since that is where the pests live. A phone call to your local agent of AG may also provide some answers useful. Hope this helps.
