Summer Special Salad
Memories I have nothing but salad tomatoes. I will give instructions for preparing its own memory. I grew up eating this salad, like Seinfeld, has not yet taken the nerves. Summer tomato salad. Where else can you get blood red tomatoes? Summer is the only time in the North East that tomatoes are ripe. When tomatoes ripen on the soles of vineyards, phyto-nutrients can be all it can be. dull lifeless fruit and vegetables do not ripen on the vine. Most fruits and supermarket vegetables do not ripen on the vine. But this is no time for scientific discussion.
I'll give you my recipe, and some options to do even better. Some options to provide because everyone needs a change. Let's get to it.
Ingredients:
3-Blood Red tomatoes native, cut into pieces. (Summer only)
2 balls of fresh mozzarella, cut into rounds or half-circles
½ red onion slices
6 fresh basil leaves cut into strips or cut only
Olive oil, salt and pepper
Place first 4 ingredients in a bowl.
Lightly drizzle with olive oil
Grind a little pepper in the salad to taste
A little salt before serving. In the case contrary, have a little wet because salt to extract all the moisture.
We can be much more lively than that.
1. In a large bowl, place the tomatoes (this time sliced), mozzarella, onion and basil leaves. Something like the Italian flag.

Cut a loaf of Italian bread in half and bottom
Mark Italian halves in half lengthwise
Cut a clove of garlic, so that the tip is withdrawn
Rub garlic on the edges of Brad
Brush a little olive oil bread. Add salt and pepper to taste
Toast the bread loaves
Cut into pieces the size you love.

The birds are eating my Tomato Plant leaves?
The Tomato Plants I planted last weekend. I noticed today there were more birds in the garden. Looking more I realized that I had green leaves in their beaks. So I went to see the plants, to be sure they were naked. Can survive? I had never seen birds eat the leaves?
I say find a way to keep birds which is not good for a plant that does not need leaves to sunlight to keep the birds away to get something for their to frighten or to find a way to cage tomato plants so that birds can not access them so easily.
