Ingredients:

4 fillets of Ham

4 oz Brown sugar

8 oz maple syrup

Instructions:

RUB 1 oz brown sugar over ham and place in oven for about 25 to 30 minutes 400 to 425 degrees F. (or as directed). A few minutes before the ham steak is finished, you can pour a little maple syrup on top to meat or ham gently heat the syrup in a microwave oven and serve as desired. Ham steaks go well with sweet potatoes (yams). You can Steak cooked with ham, of them approximately 15 minutes before you start cooking when the ham.

BLT Sandwich

One of my favorites the sandwich is the BLT family. While the bacon is perhaps not the healthiest food around, you can choose to change the Nice old fashioned bacon with bacon turkey or chicken fat. These products are not as bad as they seem and really tasty.

BLT Sandwich is basic and only includes bacon, lettuce, tomato, bread and mayonnaise, be sure to buy only high quality ingredients like bread thick Nice and lettuce fresh tomatoes.

Stir East

One of the simplest recipes that are satisfaction jumped brilliantly East. You can make an Oriental stir-fried chicken, pork, beef or no meat. By using a key or a stove wok, a variety of vegetables (fresh, canned or frozen), a stir fry sauce and a side of rice that you have a great dinner.

4 to 8 ounces stir fry sauce (sweet or savory, optional)

4 servings rice

Olive Oil

Oriental Stir Fry Chicken Fry

Ingredients:

1 Pound chicken breasts (cut into cubes or strips)

2 cans of vegetables, style East (usually includes water chestnuts, green beans, broccoli, baby corn, carrots, etc.)

Instructions:

Cook Boil in the bag of rice on the side, as directed. In a greased skillet or wok, add the chicken, cut, bake in a moderate way and then mix in vegetables. Stir frequently with a wooden spoon, adding a few spoonfuls of sauce a few minutes. Bake approximately 10 minutes or until that completely cooked. Serve on a bed of rice.

Back to the question of planting our garden?

We had tomatoes in the same place in the garden in recent years. This year, we do something very different and have Tomato Plants in containers Up Side Down. Are there any vegetables that should not be planted in tomatoes have been?? Also someone had exoperince with sowing the next, Oriental Greens, Chinese Cabbage, Pak Choi, Chinese radish? Everyone seemed so in the seed and I cateloque Vessey Try some at that time. We live in Ontario and to the extent that the land was almost too cold for planting. However, we leave tomorrow restriction without rain. I would appreciate any and all responses to my questions. Shirl thank you You talked of seeing insects for some vegetables. All plants that have questioned the temperatures cool greens are large and would do well in the place who had their tomatoes The only things that should not be planted in this area are things the family of tomatoes, potatoes, eggplants and peppers. Everything else should be fair game. I have planted cabbage, bok choy, radishes and leaves different and the main problem I had with these are insects. You should check your plants frequently for damage and pests to be vigilant with your pest management. Good luck.
