Lose weight by eating alkaline

The body must have a slightly alkaline pH, which is about 7.4. If your pH is 7.00 which is neutral, pH 7.00 but less acid. A pH above 7.0 is alkaline. The health of your body rests on a balance of an alkaline environment, This can be achieved through food such as green vegetables, tomatoes and avocados, among others. It is a 80/20 balance of acid / alkaline.  

If you have an acidic pH, which can be caused by a variety of things like a toxic overload of the system immune cells by depriving of oxygen and nutrients.
