Any good recipes and ideas for canning my tomatoes? I have a lot of them this year. "
I a couple of recipes for tomato salsa packing and canning juice tomator. In fact, the process of canning the whole is a bit scary for me … so I was wondering if anyone knew one of the things quietly sure he could do to keep my tomatoes. Also, I peppers and also appreciate homemade salsa recipes.
Yes I do. And do not panic. This process is easier and safer to keep from tomatoes I've ever heard. However, the instructions must be followed to the letter! No catch. That each ring in place, but not screwed. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sealed screw caps. Do not open the oven door during cooking 75 minutes. You can hear poping down and sealing caps until all rings are tight. That's all there is to it. No pressure cooker or other special equipment to purchase. It's easy, fun and guaranteed.
