Salad of smoked trout in Cherry Tomato Cups
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Rica, trout smoke little tomato "cups" makes a festive, easy to eat combination. You can use both red and yellow cherry tomatoes, if desired.
¼ Pound smoked trout (remove skin if necessary)
2 tablespoons fat free sour cream
1 tablespoon juice fresh lemon
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

30 large cherry tomatoes (1 pint)
Chives fresh, chopped for garnish (optional)
Place trout in a medium bowl and break into small pieces with a fork. Add cream sour, lemon juice and chives and mix. Season generously with pepper.
With a serrated knife, cut ⅛ inch of the stem of each tomato and a little away from the bottom of tomatoes in place. Remove the seeds using a small melon. Fill each hollow tomato with a ½ teaspoon generous salad of trout. Sprinkle a few chives, if using, and serve.

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon paprika
Chopped dill for garnish (optional)
60 cucumber slices or low whole grain crackers sodium
Place the yogurt in a paper towel lined colander and spread in a bowl. Let drain for 10 minutes.
Place water in a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin on the water and let soften 1 minute. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring, until gelatin is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Do not boil.
Purée yogurt, gelatin mixture, salmon, sour cream, horseradish, onion, dill, Worcestershire sauce and paprika in a food processor.
Lightly coat a 1-room fish mold, decorative bowls, casserole dish or loaf pan with cooking spray, whipped cream spread evenly in pan. Cover and refrigerate until firm, at least 12 hours or overnight. Just before serving, passing end a knife around edges of pan and invest on a foam plate. Sprinkle with chopped dill, if used, and surround with cucumber slices or crackers. Serve.

Raspberry-ginger fizz
Preparation time: 5 minutes
The bright red color and lively flavor of this sweet-tasting fruit and ginger drink will be Fans of homemade soda all friends.
1 (10 ounces) of frozen raspberries, thawed, with juice
1 (¾ inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled
2 tablespoons white sugar substitute
1 (2 liter) bottle seltzer water, chilled
Ice cubes (optional)
To make the drink base: Purée raspberries and their juice, ginger and sugar substitute in blender. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve. For each drink, 4 tablespoons Coffee and a half instead of the base in an 8 oz glass Add ¾ cup of water and stir quickly. Add several ice cubes, if desired, and mix new. Serve.
