It allows me the following – apples, watermelons. sweet potatoes, bananas years, squash, green beans only, nectarines, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, rape, everything else is a converter NO BIG – all wheat, dairy products, all oats, whole rice, whole corn, all nuts, oils, salsas, sauces, dressings, pastries, cakes, all meat, fish, tuna, onions, berries, kiwis, avacardo, soybeans, all green vegies, rice, all seeds, cucumbers, beet, all other fruits, fats, vitamin K, have medical probs and probs digestion and warfarin and the list of net rates of all food (not) is too high in vitamin K, can be good spices.
Get a "drier" and cut bananas, sweet potatoes, carrots ….. and perhaps other things you can eat ……. put them in the dehydrator and let – dry (as in nuts, vegetables )…. or a soft texture and smooth, or crunchy texture ……….. 12 to 16 hours of operation. The system can be purchased at most department stores and you do that layer cut food into layers separated by screens, and the plug in very light, warm air dried fruits and vegetables. What is bite! Banana turn out awesome! Good luck to you!

Preventing Cancer. Eat an alkaline diet
By Maria Locsin L. Ac
I have a friend who grows figs in his garden. It has three different varieties of figs! She tells me proudly that the figs are organic too. All young trees, most of its fruit production is the smallest tree of all. His Brown Turkey, a small tree that produces a truck loaded with fruit. Sweet Black Jack Black and Figures of the mission are poor harvests, but wow are good and delicious! Considered the most alkaline fruit, figs are one of the safest treats the body can have.
Why to distinguish between acid and alkaline foods? Because cancer cells are smart, they like acidic foods. This article is an attempt to promote foods acid alkaline cons. An alkaline food list below for your convenience. Scroll down below, list of foods alkali is a big list, and surprisingly varied. It is a pleasure to acknowledge the alkaline foods such as delicious! Now, because it is relevant for this conversation, we see a list of acidic foods and spices as well. First, we must be educated. No surprise at all to see how the meat are acidic. Lemons, which we believe is acid, produces the opposite, because it helps the digestion of foods and beverages. The end result is alkaline. Citric acid lemons produced an alkaline effect on the system.
In Chinese medicine, we are aware of the temperature. Food, beverages, herbs, have an intrinsic temperature. For example, green tea is cold, it is good to use to inflammation or fever. Drugs to cinnamon, a cold beer, medicines, recreation are very hot. Note note that a food acid or alkaline forming tendency in the body has nothing to do with the actual pH of the food itself. Back lemon very sour, what the final product obtained after digestion and assimilation are very alkaline. The lemons are alkaline forming in the body. In addition, the meat is tested before alkaline digestion, but leaves very acidic residue in the body so as most animal products, meat is very acid forming. However, I recommend fish. Nourish the kidneys, whose itinerary includes bone, bone marrow, and manifests itself in her hair. I use salmon (Oh no! It's in the list of acid!) For the Omegas to work on my heart, my skin, and keep the color of my hair. It is important to balance the diet by eating more alkaline food list.
There are several versions Table of alkaline and acidic foods that are in different books and various reliable sources on the web. There are foods that are sometimes attributed to acid Tables and sometimes towards the alkaline side. Remember that you do not comply strictly alkaline side of the table, just a good percentage the food you eat is alkaline. It is a question of balance. Also below is a list of known pH.
We live to enjoy food and drink. We can control the alkalinity of our diet because they want to become magnets of the disease with an acid. We adjust. We eat alkaline. We prevent cancer. We are what we eat. We want to live longer, healthier, cancer-free …
