Baked or roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup, Delicious by Chief Shelley Pogue
Ingredients you need:
£ 1.5 red peppers
l pounds fresh tomatoes
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 1 / 2 quarts chicken broth
1 tsp Tea fresh basil
1 pinch of thyme and oregano 1 pinch
1 / 2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon tablespoons olive oil
TT = Salt and pepper (to taste)
Cut tomatoes in half and do the same with peppers, onion cut into quarters and remove the skin from garlic cloves and brush with olive oil all. Place everything in the oven in a large metal grates smooth flow air and cooking with the flesh side. If you do not have metal gates using a roasting pan, but removing moisture vegetables often if you do not simmer in the oven. Roast in oven at 200-250 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes if you use more vegetables may take longer than suggested. Cook until the pepper and tomato skins begin to shrivel and brown. If the start of the garlic and onions to be too brown remove them and leave – the tomato and roasted peppers followed. Remove roast and vegetables in a bowl, cover with saran wrap and let stand for 10-15 minutes. The grilled vegetables steam peel.You want to make it easier to peel and puree the mixture of grilled vegetables yet. An immersion blender works best, but a separate mixer run. Puree the mixture well to finish with a better finish will product.In a saucepan, add the chicken broth, herbs, vegetable puree and simmer for about 30-45 minutes to allow all the flavors to bloom. Before you're ready to serve, add the grated parmesan cheese and stir until smooth. If you have fresh herbs can be added for garnish when placed on their plates. You can serve hot or cold. If you want to serve cold during the cold hours in the refrigerator or create an ice bath to establish its hot soup cool down. You must adjust the seasoning reguardless of how to serve right before serving yourself and / or results.
You can also add cream and a pinch of sugar for extra flavor if you do not mind the calories.
This is an excellent recipe and fairly easy to do. If you do not want to grill the vegetables you can use canned. It will not be so delicious, but only works in a pinch / lack of time.

Hot flushing and headaches 27 weeks pregnant?
Im pregnant with twins and I feel very warm in the face and I just had red im Alookie as an ATM tomato also have headaches very bad, I made a doctors apt today and told his ring in a few if not days, my blood pressure is good ideas? yes I think a lot of hormones of twins, I feel pretty shitty, so I hope:) Well, I suffer migraines and these feel almost like a song I say you can eat honey because it really gives headache, I also see spots signs of hypertension pressure, but my blood pressure was what was good was very high at first, but he seemed to settle down, I'll have another day and if shes not going to see him
I'm pretty sure it's the Hun extra hormones. Singleton and multiple pregnancies may cause headaches twice the hormones can make things worse eh! I suffer from now and sometimes I take a tablespoon each honey 10 minutes. The sugar rush is that your body needs a lot of time they give us headaches and there is something in the honey which is quiet a headache anyway. It is a doer miracle and better than any other pain I've taken over completely safe during pregnancy, even too! I blushed cheeks sometimes in HT too, but when I felt if I'm hot (not so many hormones in me the moment I can not say, even if I am hot or cold longer! lol) are cold: S hormones eh!
