Here are 5 of my favorites – and most popular recipes:
- Olive Garden Fried Mozzarella –
1 block Mozzarella Cheese Pound
2 eggs beaten
1 / 4 cup water
1 1 / 2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1 / 2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 / 2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 / 2 teaspoon dried basil
Flour 2 / 3 cup
1 / 3 cup cornstarch
Cut long on the block of cheese 1 / 2 inch sections. Cut each section into two.
Beat eggs with water and set aside. Combine bread crumbs, garlic, oregano and basil and set aside. Mix flour with starch corn and set aside.
Heat the vegetable oil for frying to 350F. Cheese sauce in flour then in beaten egg then coat breadcrumbs. Place carefully in hot oil and brown. This should only take a few seconds, so you need to see them up close.
Drain on brown paper bags and serve with your favorite spaghetti sauce that has been heated.
- Red Lobster Crab Stuffed Mushrooms —
1 pound fresh mushrooms, approximately 35-40
1 / 4 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons red pepper, finely chopped
1 / 2 Pound claw crab meat
2 cups oyster crackers
1 / 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 / 4 c. tea garlic powder
1 / 2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1 / 4 c. Tea ground black pepper
Salt 1 / 4 tsp Tea
1 egg
Water 1 / 2 cup
6 white cheddar cheese, sliced
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Saute celery, 2), onion and pepper in butter for 2 minutes, transfer to a plate and let cool in refrigerator
3) while vegetables, wash mushrooms and remove stems
4) Set limits aside and chop half the stems. Discard the other half stems or used elsewhere
5) Combine the sauteed vegetables, chopped mushroom stems, and all other ingredients (except cheese slices) and mix well
6) Place mushroom caps in individual pots or pans buttered oven (about 6 caps each)
7) 1 tablespoon teaspoon of filling in each mushroom
Cover with sliced cheese
9) Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned.
- Ruby Tuesday's Chicken Quesadillas –
5 oz breast chicken
Italian dressing
Flour Tortilla 12 "
margarine
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack / Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon diced tomato
1 tablespoon Jalapeno Pepper, chopped
Cajun Seasoning (to taste)
1 / 2 cup shredded lettuce shredded
1 / cup diced tomatoes 4
Sour Cream
Salsa
Place chicken breasts in a bowl with enough Italian dressing to cover, marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator. Grill marinated chicken until cooking in a lightly greased. Cut into 3 / 4 "pieces and set aside.
Brush one side of tortilla with margarine and place it in a skillet over medium heat. In half of the tortilla, add cheese,
1 tbsp. tomatoes, peppers and seasoning Cajun in that order.
Make sure to extend to the edge of the half. Top with chicken cubes, double-sided empty tortilla on top and turn in the pan so the cheese over the chicken. Bake until warm throughout.
Remove from pan to plate service and cut into six equal pieces, one side of the plate. Turning to the other side of lettuce, topped with 1 / 4 cup tomato then topped with sour cream.
Serve your favorite salsa in a small bowl on the side.
- Cracker Barrel Hashbrowns casserole —
2 lbs. Potatoes fried frozen
1 / cup butter, melted 2
1 can cream Chicken
1 / 2 cup chopped onion
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp Tea. salt
1 / 4 tsp. pepper
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 / cup melted butter 4
DEFROST hashbrowns.
COMBINED next 7 ingr. and mix with hashbrowns.
Put them in a QT 3. saucepan.
Saute cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top.
Cover and bake at 350 for about 40 min.

- Cracker Barrel Cherry Chocolate Zapatero —
1-1/2 cups flour
1 / 2 cups sugar
2 v. tea baking powder
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
1 / 4 cup butter
1 (6 ounces) Pkg. Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 egg
1 (21 ounces) Can cherry pie
1 / 2 cup finely chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, Mix flour, sugar, yeast
powder, salt and butter cut with a pastry blender until crumbs are
size of a large pea. They melt in hot water (not boiling), Nestle
chopped semisweet chocolate. Remove from heat and let cool slightly
temperature environment (about 5 minutes).
Add milk and egg to melted chocolate and mix well. Chocolate mixture flour mixture.
Cherry Pie Filling Spread bottom of pan 2 Quart. Chocolate Drop
pulp random cherries. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake at 350 F for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with cream.
